Hey awesome mama!

I'm Hanna, the passionate force behind The Fit Mama Coach. As a mom of 2 on a 17-year (and counting!) motherhood adventure, I've walked in your shoes  juggling family demands, work responsibilities, and the never-ending quest for "me time."

I get it. The challenge of balancing family life with personal health and fitness is real. But here's what I've learned: staying fit and healthy is a total game-changer for how we feel and parent. That's why I firmly believe that  moms need and deserve fitness tailored to them! 

And that's exactly why I'm here  to help you find your own perfect balance. My mission is to empower you with simple, effective ways to prioritize your health without guilt or overwhelm. As The Fit Mama Coach, I offer practical advice, quick workout routines, easy healthy recipes, and motivation to help you:

My approach is all about making health and fitness accessible and enjoyable. No fad diets or grueling workouts here — just  real, doable solutions that fit into your busy life.  

I'm a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with 10 years of experience helping moms just like you. My passion for supporting women through all stages of motherhood has led me to further deepen my knowledge and become certified also in pre- and postnatal fitness, stress and recovery strategies, as well as transformational health coaching. This unique combination of expertise allows me to offer a holistic approach to your wellness.
